We have heard Mr. Tapse, the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Gadegaonkar, learned Counsel for the respondent No. 2.

It is submitted that the petitioner had filed an Appeal before the Standing Committee of the respondent against the order of termination. The same was allowed. The State Government had suspended the Resolution as per the Government Resolution dated 9th November, 2017. The petitioner thereafter, has appeared before the State Government. The Municipal Corporation has also filed its reply. It is for the State Government to take a final decision. The

2 70-WP-14228--2018 State Government shall take the final decision in that regard expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from today.

The petitioner if desirous, represent himself before the State Government.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
