Learned AGP submits that the next date for hearing is kept on 02.01.2020. On the said date copy of vigilance report would be supplied to the petitioner and thereafter within a period of two (02) months the proceeding would be decided.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 02.01.2020. 4.
