Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 6th February, 2018. In addition to usual mode of service, private service is permitted.
The applicant is directed to deposit, in the trial Court, a sum of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two thousand) for the expenses which will have to be incurred by the Respondent and one companion of her choice, to attend this Court at Aurangabad on the returnable date. The Respondent will be entitled to withdraw the said amount unconditionally. The learned trial Judge, before whom the matter is pending, to ensure that this amount reaches the Respondent because it is for her travelling expenses to Aurangabad. The applicant and Ganesh to remain present in this Court on 6th February, 2018.
The matter will be taken up in the Chambers at 2.00

Till the returnable date, there shall be stay of operation of the impugned order.
All concerned to act upon authenticated copy of this order.
The applicant, in addition to usual Court notice, is specifically granted permission to effect private service on the respondent, so that, there is no waste of time in service. Stand over to 6th February, 2018.
