ORDER :

Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have filed applications for issuance of tribe certificates in the month of June, 2017, but till date the said applications are not decided by the Respondent. Learned counsel submits that father of the Petitioner has been issued validity certificate of "Mannervarlu", Scheduled Tribe. 2.

We direct Respondent - Sub Divisional Officer, Degloor to decide the applications filed by the Petitioners, if already not decided, on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible, however, within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
