It appears to be a dispute over custody of the live stock. The application moved by Respondent No.2 herein for custody of the live stock was allowed by the Court of J.M.F.C., Shindkheda. The applicant herein had also staked claim of custody of the live stock thereby preferring revision application to the Court of Session at Dhule. The said revision application is pending. Pending the said revision application, the Sessions Judge did not grant stay to the order passed by the J.M.F.C. The applicant herein, therefore, preferred the present application challenging the impugned order 1 / 2

925-APPLN-4000-19.odt of the Sessions Court refusing to grant stay of order passed by the J.M.F.C. This Court, vide order dated 04th December, 2019 granted ad-interim relief. 3.

It is not desirable to hear this application on merits since the learned Sessions Judge in revision is seized of the matter to decide the respective claims on merits. In the factual backdrop, ad-interim relief granted herein to continue for further period of four weeks. This application stands disposed of with direction to the Sessions Judge, Dhule to decide the revision application on it's own merits within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
