On 10.10.2022 time was sought to submit fresh address for respondent no.3D. Till date the learned counsel for petitioner has failed to submit fresh address of respondent no.3D. Further extension of time is sought.

By way of indulgence, further time of two weeks is granted for supplying fresh address of respondent no.3D subject to payment of costs of Rs.2000/-. If fresh address is supplied, issue notice to respondent no.3D, returnable on 12.01.2023. If petitioner fails to supply fresh address within the stipulated time, the petition shall stand dismissed without any further reference to the Court.
