DATE : 15th MARCH, 2021 PER COURT :- This is an application for condonation of delay. There is delay of 127 days for filing an appeal for enhancement of compensation awarded by the Reference Court.

The learned counsel for respondent No. 1 and the learned AGP for respondents No. 2 and 3 opposed the application. 3.

Civil application is allowed for the reasons stated in the application. The delay is condoned. However, it is made clear that as regards to entitlement of the applicant-claimant for the interest on the amount of compensation for the delayed period will be considered at the time of final hearing. The civil application is disposed of accordingly. 4.
