PER COURT:- 1.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have filed proceedings before the arbitrator for enhancement of compensation. The National Highway authority has already filed its say,

2 10-WP14835-19+.odt but still the proceedings are not decided.

In earlier Writ Petitions, we had observed that if the petitions are not decided within a reasonable time, then the petitioners may approach this Court afresh. As per the earlier order the petitioners have filed applications for expeditious disposal of their references, but still the same are not considered.

In the light of that, the arbitrator where the proceedings are pending shall decide the proceedings filed by the petitioners for enhancement of compensation expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

Writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
