The proposal of the Petitioner is pending before Respondent No.3/Deputy Director of Education, Aurangabad, as regards entering his name in the 'Shalarth I.D'. The Petitioner has received permanent approval to his appointment on 26/06/2014. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, a reasonable time may be granted to Respondent No.3.

As such, this Writ Petition is disposed off, with a direction to Respondent No.3, to decide the pending proposal of the Petitioner, dated 07/04/2021, within a period of 60 days from today, in the event there is no legal impediment. A reasoned order shall be
