This is an application for withdrawal of amount deposited by the respondent/Insurance Company in this Court as per the impugned judgment and award.

Perused the application. Heard learned Advocates for both the sides.

Learned Advocate for the respondent strongly opposed the application and prayed to reject the application. 4.

On perusal of the application and impugned judgment, this Court is of the view that application can be allowed partly. Hence, the following order:

Civil Application is partly allowed.

b.

Applicants are permitted to withdraw the 50% amount out of deposited amount alongwith interest accrued thereon on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 8338 OF 2025 1.

This is an application for granting stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award. 2.

Learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that the entire amount as per the impugned judgment and award is deposited in this Court.

Considering the above fact, Civil Application deserves to be allowed and is allowed. Civil Application stands disposed of. FIRST APPEAL NO.2018 OF 2025 1.
