The applicant-claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 179 days in fling the First Appeal against the award dated 15th February, 2019 in L. A. R. No.337/2012, which has been caused due to poor fnal condition. The learned AGP for Respondents No.1 & 2 strongly opposed the application. However, Respondent No.3 - acquiring body, despite service, remained absent.

Thus, considering the reasons stated in the application, delay of 179 days stands condoned subject to the condition that applicant shall not claim any interest for the period of such delay and for the period caused in obtaining belated

Accordingly, application stands disposed of.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of offce objections, if any.
