Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the learned APP for the respondent-State, and the learned Counsel for Assist to learned APP. 3.
The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with FIR No.0202/2024. dated 28/06/2024, registered at Kranti Chowk, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Police Station, District Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, for the offences punishable under sections 420, 406, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.

918 ABA 2192-2024 applicant and co-accused did not deposit the said amount into the loan account of the informant. It is the contention of the learned Counsel for the applicant that the amount was received by the agent, and the same was deposited the next day into the loan account of the informant after notice.
5.
The learned APP submits that statements of various other loan account holders indicate that payments were made to the applicant and confirm that the amount was paid to him were not deposited in loan account. A large number of people have given statements, and it is also alleged that the applicant issued false receipts. The total amount received by him is Rs. 8,59,000/-.
6.
In view of the same, this is not a matter in which anticipatory bail can be granted, as the matter is under investigation. The application, therefore, stands dismissed.
