After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner for some time, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned order to exercise its writ jurisdiction, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, sought leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum. His statement is accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
