We have heard Mr. Salunke, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Kedar, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 4 and 5.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions of the respondent No. 3 makes a statement that the objection is not yet decided. The respondent No. 3 is in process of referring the dispute to the concerned principal court of original civil jurisdiction.

In view of the statement made by the learned A. G. P. nothing survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs. 4.
