The applicant-claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 38 days caused in fling the First Appeal against the award dated 03rd July, 2019 in L. A. R. No.247 of 2012, which has been caused due to poor fnal condition.

The learned AGP for Respondents No.1 & 2 strongly opposed the application. However, Respondent No.3 - acquiring body, despite service, remained absent.

Thus, considering the reasons stated in the application, delay of 38 days stands condoned subject to the condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the period of such delay and for the delayed period in obtaining belated

Accordingly, application stands disposed of.
