The respondent no.4 in person is present before this Court. 2.
The petitioner has come before this Court with limited request of issuing direction to respondent no.4 that he should forward the application to respondent nos.2 and 3 for the purpose of obtaining sanction required under Rule 26.4 of the Secondary School Code in respect of correction in the caste of the petitioner. 3.
Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that such proposal was forwarded to a wrong Authority and, therefore, correction is required.

The respondent no.4, who is present in person agrees that he would forward the application to appropriate Authority as required under Rule 26.4 of the Secondary School Code. 5.
