It appears that the petitioners had approached the Sub Divisional Officer/Collector, Ahmednagar for regulation of their encroachments over City Survey Nos.423(Old Survey No.19A/216, 448/1A/2 (Gavthan) and City Survey No.421 situated at Pathardi. The Sub Divisional Officer had called for opinion of the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Pathardi, District Ahmednagar. The Chief Officer forwarded its opinion to the Sub Divisional Officer on 12.09.2018.

Considering the above, the Collector, Ahmednagar /Competent Authority shall take decision upon the proposal of the petitioners for regulations of their encroachment on its own merits, preferably within four months.

The interim order passed in this petition shall continue till the decision on the proposal for regulation. 4.
