Heard rival submissions. The acquiring body- respondent No.3 despite service remained absent.

The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of only 338 days. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application, the aforesaid delay of 338 days stands condoned subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay and also for delay in circulating the matter belatedly. The application is accordingly disposed of.
