The applicant-claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 154 days caused in fling the First Appeal against the award dated 22nd March, 2019 in L. A. R. No.113 of 2008, which has been caused due to poor fnal condition.
The learned AGP for Respondents No.1 & 3 strongly opposed the application. However, Respondent No.2 - acquiring body, despite service, remained absent.
Thus, considering the reasons stated in the application, delay of 154 days stands condoned subject to the condition that applicant shall not any interest for the period of such delay and for the delayed period in obtaining belated
