Heard Mr Shah, learned Senior Advocate for petitioners. 2.

Yesterday, i.e. on 17.12.2019, after arguing for some time, this Court expressed its reservations on entertaining the writ petition. Learned Senior Advocate then sought time from this Court exploring the possibility of seeking instructions as to whether the petitioner would like to withdraw the petition. As such, the matter was directed to be posted today. 3.

Learned Senior Advocate Mr Shah submitted before this Court that he has no instructions for withdrawal of the petition and he would like to argue the matter. Learned Senior Advocate was heard extensively. Mr Bhandari, learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation on receipt of copy of the petition, opposed the petition.

For the reasons separately recorded, the Writ Petition is dismissed at the threshold.
