PER COURT :- Learned counsel submits that petitioner is an ex-serviceman. He has, time and again represented to respondents to allow him land, as per the policy of the government. The representations are not yet considered.

In case the representations filed by the petitioner at page Nos.21 & 23 are pending with the respondent No.1 collector, Jalgaon, then the Collector, Jalgaon shall decide the same on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously and preferably within six months.
