Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the offices of the Respondent Authorities are situate within the territorial jurisdiction of the Principal Seat at

wp15157.17 Mumbai, therefore, it would be appropriate for the Petitioner to file the Petition at Principal Seat at Mumbai.

Since the Petition is filed in the year 2017, we deem it appropriate to direct the Registry of this Court to transfer this Petition to the Registry of the Principal Seat at Mumbai. The Registrar (Judicial) shall ensure that the Petition is transferred within one week from today to the Registry of the Principal Seat at Mumbai. 3.
