The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an application for economic help to construct the house under the Houseless Freedom Fighters scheme. The same is pending since January 2017 before respondent No.2. 2.

In case the representation filed by the petitioner for grant of economic help as contended by the petitioner (page 22) is pending with respondent No.2, then the respondent No.2 shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
