Chopda, Dist. Jalgaon placed on record an order dated 30th January, 2017. Perusal of the said order shows that request submitted to respondents by way of representation seeking his appointment on compassionate ground is turned down assigning the reason of inordinate delay. 1 / 2

As now the order is passed and same complies the order of this Court, contempt petition is disposed of accordingly with liberty to petitioner to challenge the order dated 30th January, 2017, if so advised, before the competent forum including judicial forum.
