It is a death claim. The applicants have withdrawn the amount of Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lakh) way back in the year 2009 under orders of this Court. At present, the amount of Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees Six Lakh) is lying with this Court. Applicant nos. 2 and 3 are taking education and applicant nos. 4 and 5 are aged persons. In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to withdraw Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh) on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
