Issue notice to the respondents. Learned Advocate Ms. Ashwini Lomate waives service of notice for respondents. 3.

These are the applications for condonation of delay of 92 days caused in filing the first appeals.

The learned Advocate for respondents strongly opposed the applications and submitted that there is no sufficient reason to condone the delay.

Perused the applications. For the reasons stated therein, the applications deserve to be allowed in the interest of justice as the delay is neither deliberate nor intentional. Hence the following order:

::ORDER::

a.

Civil Applications are allowed.

b.

The delay of 92 days caused in filing the first appeals is hereby condoned.

c.

The applications are disposed of.

FIRST APPEAL Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 27.01.2026.

APPLICATIONS FOR STAY Heard learned advocate for the applicant.

These applications are filed seeking stay to the impugned judgments and awards passed by the Tribunal.

Perused the applications. Considering the peculiar facts of the case and the grounds stated in the applications, stay is granted in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation under award along with interest accrued thereon, within 08 weeks from today. It is clarified that if the amount as directed above is not deposited within the aforesaid period, the stay granted by this Court shall stand vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. In those terms, civil applications for stay are disposed of.
