Heard rival submissions. The respondent No. 3 - Acquiring Body though served, but remained absent. The applicant in this application is seeking condonation of delay of 967 days. The delay appears to be caused due to his financial crisis. The learned AGP strongly opposed the application on the ground that the delay is not properly explained.

However, considering the statutory right of the applicant, the delay of 967 days is condoned subject to condition that the applicant shall not claim any interest for the said delay period.

Appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
