Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Administrator appointed by this Court under order dated 16.11.2009 needs to be continued till the change reports are decided. There are disputes amongst the members of the management of the Marathi Mission Trust. To have the smooth functioning, it is necessary that the Administrator appointed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 2197 of 2009 continues.

The learned counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 2197 of 2009, on instruction, submits that the petitioner does not wish to proceed further with the writ petition.

In view of the fact that the petitioner is already granted approval and that the petitioner does not wish to proceed further with the writ

3 wp 2197.09 petition, Writ Petition No. 2197 of 2009 stands disposed of. Rule discharged.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, all civil applications in the writ petition also stands disposed of.

As far as prayer made in Writ Petition No. 1790 of 2020 is concerned, the change reports amongst the parties are pending. The parties can move the office of the Charity Commissioner / Assistant Charity Commissioner under amended Section 22 of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act for getting order of the provisional management in the pending change reports. It is for the parties to take steps in accordance with law.

According to the respondents, the petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1790 of 2020 has no concern with respondent no. 4 in the said writ petition. 7.

Mr. Deshpande, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner is the parent trust of respondent no. 4.

In light of the above, the present Writ Petition No. 1790 of 2020 also stand disposed of. 9.

In view of disposal of the writ petition, the civil application also stand disposed of. No costs.
