Mr Dhoble, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Municipal Corporation has forwarded the proposal for regularisation of the employees appointed on daily wages. The proposal is forwarded by the Municipal Corporation to the Government. However, name of the present petitioner is not included in the list of the employees and in the proposal forwarded to the Government for regularisation. The petitioner is similarly situated.

We have heard learned Counsel Mr Bora for respondent no.3. 3.

In case the petitioner is similarly situated with those persons for whom the proposal for regularisation has been forwarded by the Municipal Corporation to the Government, then the respondent no.3 Municipal Corporation, Parbhani shall also forward the name of the present petitioner for regularisation through proper channel to

On receipt of the proposal, respondent no.1 shall take decision on the proposal of the Municipal Corporation seeking regularisation of the services of the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within nine months from the receipt of the proposal.
