It is submitted that the management has sent the proposal for grant of selection grade pay to the petitioner and it is pending with the Education Officer.

In case the proposal is pending with the Education Officer for grant of selection grade pay to the petitioner, the Education Officer shall take decision upon it within four months. 3.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the extract of the service book annexed with the petition shows that the entries are incorrect.

The Education Officer and the Auditor of the Zilla Parishad shall examine the service book of the petitioner and after getting explanation from the petitioner and the management, and considering the say of the petitioner and the management shall take decision about entries in the service book within four months.

The petitioner may file appropriate application with the Education Officer and the Auditor of the Zilla Parishad by pointing out the mistakes in the service book.

Writ Petition disposed of. No costs.
