The applicant is seeking to condone the delay of 130 days caused in filing the appeal. Perused the reasons. Apparently, delay has been occasioned on account of administrative exigency

(( 2 )) 960-CA-4406-25++ and procedural aspects. Hence, sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. In result, application is allowed. Delay of 130 days caused in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. 3.

Appeal be registered. The learned advocate appearing for the appellant, as well as the learned advocate appearing for the original claimants, on instructions, state that they are willing to negotiate the matter for settlement and request this Court to post the matter before the Lok Adalat on 10.05.2025. Accordingly, the matter be placed before the Lok Adalat. Parties shall remain present before the Lok Adalat on the said date.
