Heard Mr. Choudhary, learned counsel appearing for the applicant and learned counsel appearing for the respondents. The applicant seeks to condone delay of 153 days caused in filing the appeal.

Perusal of the reasons as employed in the application shows that delay has been occasioned on account of administrative exigencies. The applicant has not derived any advantage by making such delay. Hence, sufficient cause is made out. In the result the application is allowed. Delay of 153 days caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Application stands disposed off.
