Today the applications filed for assisting APP are taken on record and are allowed. Mr. Ashraf Patel h/f. A.P. Avhad, learned advocate is permitted to assist the learned APP.

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants, the learned APP for the respondents-State and Mr. A.P. Avhad, learned advocate assisting APP. 3.

The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 1217/2024 dated 24.11.2024 registered with Rahuri Police Station, District Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under sections 109, 118(2), 3(5), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S., 2023 and sections 25 and 3 of Arms Act. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the main accused is arrested and he is in jail. The main accused has assaulted Bhausaheb by means of gun and caused gun-shot injury to Bhausaheb. 5.

Today the learned counsel assisting for APP submits that as far as present applicants are concerned, the complainant has settled the dispute with them and the complainant would have no grievance if the anticipatory bail is granted to the present applicants. Today, the complainant and the present applicants are present in the Court.

This Court By order dated 31.12.2024 in ABA No. 2208/2024, by order dated 24.12.2024 in ABA No. 2176/2024 and by order dated 4.2.2025 in ABA No. 185/2025 has granted interim protection to the applicants herein.

I have considered the injury certificates of the injured Mr. Sanjay Shivaji Navale, which shows that injuries caused by the present applicants to the injured Mr. Sanjay Shivaji Navale are simple. In view of the

submissions made above and the nature of injury caused by the present applicants, I hold that the anticipatory bail can be granted to the applicants. 8.

In view of the above, the applications are allowed and the interim protection granted by this Court to the present applicants is confirmed on the following terms :

i] The applicants shall attend the police station as and when required.

ii] The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii.

The applicants shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

In the event, the applicants violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 10.

It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
