Having heard the learned advocate for the Petitioner, we gather that she is aggrieved by selection and appointment of certain candidates to the posts of Anganwadi Madatnis. 2.

We find that, as per the Government Resolution dated 02.02.2023, such a grievance can be raised in an appeal to be filed before the Competent Authority i.e. Chief Executive officer of the concerned Zilla Parishad.

In that light, if the Petitioner has any grievance she can take recourse to such an appeal in accordance with law. 4.

Hence this petition cannot be entertained and it is dismissed as such.
