Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that inadvertently, in the order dated 04/02/2025, in paragraph No.6 of page No.3, Line No.2 and Line No.6, it is mentioned as 'Section 306 of IPC (107 of B.N.S.)', which is to be corrected as 'Section 305 IPC (107 of B.N.S.)'. 4.

The request for replacing 'Section 305 IPC (107 of B.N.S.)' instead of 'Section 306 of IPC (107 of B.N.S.)' appears to be appropriate in the circumstances.

As such, necessary corrections be carried out in the order dated 04/02/2025, in ABA No.2209/2024. Copies issued, if any, shall be deemed to be corrected accordingly.
