A show cause notice dated 03.10.2023 is sought to be challenged. The vehicle bearing registration No. MH 15 EH 9095 was apprehended with 350 kg. excess of minor minerals. 2.

In similar matters, orders have been passed directing the Tahsildar to carry out re-calibration of the concerned vehicle. 3.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 4.

The Tahsildar would carry out re-calibration of the concerned vehicle, on or before 22.12.2023 up to 5.00 p.m. If the weight of the vehicle is within the permissible limit, the same would be released by following the due procedure laid down in law.
