PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, District Superintendent of Land Records has condoned the delay of of near about 31 years under the proceedings initiated by respondent no.1 herein. Being aggrieved by the same, present petitioner has approached the Director of Land Records by filing revision petition. However, said post is vacant and charge is given to Deputy Director of Land Records, Nashik. Since revision preferred by the petitioner before the Deputy Director of Land Records, Aurangabad is pending and if the charge is given to the Director of Land Records, Nashik, petitioner can very well pursue said remedy. I do not find any reason to interfere in the order passed by the District Superintendent of Land Records, when the revision petition is already filed. Petitioner may pursue with the pending revision petition filed before the Director of Land Records. Writ Petition is hereby dismissed. No costs.
