The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Validation Proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent-committee. The vigilance enquiry has been conducted. The petitioner has filed his say to the Vigilance Report. The petitioner has to appear for NEET-PG 2020 Examination in January 2020. The Committee be directed to decide the proceedings expeditiously.

Considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the Vigilance Cell has already concluded the enquiry and the report is also filed to the respondent-commitee and the petitioner has to appear for NEET-PG 2020 Examination, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceedings of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably by the end of January 2020.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16th December, 2019.
