Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Application dated 11th December 2018 filed by the petitioner is rejected by the Collector. The application appears to have been moved to produce and prove documents-applications dated 5th September, 2018 and 20th September, 2018. With reference to it, the Collector has observed that the summons has

2 Writ Petition No. 318/2019 been sought to be issued to the Police Station Officer to know as to what action has been taken on the above applications. The Collector has considered that for the same, petitioner can make a reasonable application and for such a purpose summons is not necessary and in case the petitioner is being threatened, he may have to file complaint.

Having regard to the order, it does not appear that the order suffers any infirmity and no interference under discretionary powers of this court is necessary. The writ petition is therefore, rejected.
