The learned advocate appearing for the respondent/ husband, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 16.01.2019, submits on instructions from the respondent, that he has no objection if this application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". In view of the above, this Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and Hindu Marriage Petition No.1389/2017 shall stand transferred from the learned Family Court, Pune to the court of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Shrirampur. Since other proceedings initiated by the wife at Shrirampur are posted on 25.06.2019, both the parties would appear before the concerned court at Shrirampur in the present proceeding on 25.06.2019.
