Heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP for Respondents. A limited prayer in the petition is to direct Respondent No.2-Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner within stipulated period.

Considering the above, this Court find that this petition can be allowed. Hence the following order :-

O R D E R

(i) Writ Petition stands allowed.

(ii) Respondent No.2-Committee is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner which is pending with it by the end of July 2026.

(iii) Petitioner to appear before Respondent No.2-Committee on 22.12.2025 and shall co-operate Respondent No.2Committee in early disposal. (iii) With this, Writ Petition stands disposed of.
