All these petitioners have approached this Court as their proposals are pending before Respondent No.2-Committee. The proposals of petitioner nos.1 and 2 are pending since 03.03.2025 and the proposals of petitioner Nos.3 and 4 are pending since 11.06.2025 and 19.08.2025 respectively.

Considering the above, the Writ Petition can be disposed of with the directions as below :

O R D E R

(i) Writ Petition stands allowed.

(ii) Respondent No.2-Committee is directed to decide the claim of the petitioner which is pending with it within a period of Narwade/

965-14886-2025.odt nine (9) months from today.
