The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the dispute regarding the distribution of compensation is already sub-judice before the Civil Court and L.A.R. Petitions are also being adjudicated upon.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that this Writ Petition may be disposed off.
