Heard learned advocates for the appearing parties. 2.

This civil application has been filed as certain apprehensions were being expressed for non appearance of reference to petitioners No. 1, 2, 3 and 5 in order dated 30th September, 2019 passed by this court in writ petition No. 5765 of 2017.

It is obvious that petitioners No. 1, 2, 3 and 5 in writ

{2} ca14714-19 petition No. 5765 of 2017 i.e. present applicants' cases would be governed by earlier order dated 28th July, 2014 in writ petition No. 5117 of 2010. Absence of reference to them in order dated 30th September, 2019 would not hamper their case to be governed by order dated 28th July, 2018 in writ petition No. 5117 of 2010.
