All these petitioners have approached this Court as their proposals are pending before Respondent No.2-Committee. The proposals of petitioner nos.1 to 3 are pending since 07.10.2024, 14.08.2025 and 24.09.2025 respectively.

Considering the above, this Court find that this petition can be allowed. Hence the following order :-

O R D E R

(i) Writ Petition stands allowed.

(ii) Respondent No.2-Committee is directed to decide the Narwade/

966-wp-14896-2025.odt claims of the petitioners which are pending with it within a period of nine (9) months from today.
