The petitioners are identically placed and have raised the grievance with regard to their claims for appointment on compassionate ground. Their names are already entered in the waiting list for appointment on compassionate basis by respondent Nos.1 and 2/ Management. It is not their case that the Management has jumped the

The learned advocate for the Management, in both these matters, submits that the Management does not desire to do any injustice to the petitioners. As and when the vacancy arises or if the vacancy is available and the petitioners are eligible to a particular post depending upon their qualifications, the Management would consider their claims strictly as per their serial numbers entered in the waiting list. The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are satisfied with the statement made by the Management. In view of the statement recorded, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off.
