Heard learned Advocate Mr. R.P. Bhumkar for petitioners, learned AGP Mr. S.B. Yawalkar for respondent No.1 and learned Advocate Mr. V.V. Bhavthankar for respondent No.2.

It appears that the petitioners filed representation to respondent Nos.2 and 3 on 10.09.2018 respectively to grant time bound pay scale as per the policy decision taken by the Government in Government Resolution dated 01.04.2010 and 07.10.2016. Affidavit-in-reply has been filed on behalf of the

WP_2625_2019 respondent No.2, wherein it has been pointed out that in view of the subsequent Government Resolution dated 02.03.2019 the petitioners will get benefit of time bound promotion only after eight years from the date on which they were given first time bound promotion. When a policy decision has been taken by the Government and accordingly Government Resolution has been passed on 02.03.2019 the respondent Nos.2 and 3 can take a decision on the representations made by the petitioners. In view of the same the writ petition stands disposed of accordingly by issuing directions to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations by the petitioners dated 10.09.2018 as per Government Resolutions.
