The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking the approval for appointment of two 'Shikshan Sevak ' is pending since October 2017.

In case the proposal seeking approval for appointment of two 'Shikshan Sevak' (Page No. 20) is pending with respondent No.2, respondent No.2 - the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nanded, shall decide the same, on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and, preferably within a period of six months.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
