Heard learned counsel for the appearing parties. 2.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties at quite some length, counsel for the petitioners resiles to the situation wherein directions could be given to respondent No. 4 - University to

decide their applications dated 2nd November 2015 filed at Exhibit-E to the writ petitions.

In view of the same, it would be expedient that Respondent No. 4 - University proceeds with and decides granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, said applications dated 2nd November 2015, in right earnest, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order.

Writ petitions are accordingly disposed of.
