Pursuant to the directions in the order passed yesterday, the learned AGP informs us that the petitioner's revision preferred under Section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, together with the application for stay is pending and the notice has been issued for hearing on the application in the revision on 22.12.2023 and appropriate order would be passed on the application for stay on that day. 2.

Accepting the statement as an undertaking to the court that the decision would be taken on the petitioner's application for stay on 22.12.2023, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the parties to maintain status quo as is operating today in respect of the appointment of the liquidator, till 22.12.2023.
